First, Happy September 1st. This is one of the nicer months of the year in my opinion and there's a lot going on both historically and personally.
Second, today Brooke and Courtney are headed back to school. Yesterday we spent the morning at the Bent of the River Audubon Center in Southbury. It's a beautiful area of 800 acres and if you like hiking and nature, it's a must see.
