Nice Irish Prayer! I'm cooking Corned Beef, Potatoes, Carrots and Cabbage right now. And I'm 1/2 Italian and about 1/8 Irish.

A prayer is it? Hmmm. That St. Patrick or the leprechaun seems to be working his magic on you!
I've always loved that blessing. It doesn't hit you over the head with religious ritual or dogma. Just a nice quiet presence.
